Hello, I am a Realtor and new investor out of Tyler, TX. I am looking to start investing in multifamily properties and would love to connect with someone to gain as much knowledge as possible! I want to purchase my first property by the end of the year. Any and all information is great. If anybody has experience in seller financing or creative financing to acquire these types of properties please reach out!
