Are there any real estate investor meetups within the DFW area? I never been to one but am curious does anyone find the meetups helpful? Leave a comment or reach out to let me know what are some advantages!

I have not attended any meetups in DFW but I have been to several in Austin where I have met great connections and honestly friends. Many of the people I meet there are active investors or those who are looking for their first deals. I think one of the advantages I have seen is the diversity of people you meet. I have met lenders, insurance agents, fix and flippers, home builders, people who focus on residential and those who focus on commercial deals.
