Land Zoning Meaning - Miami-Dade

Sanju Walia
Posted

Hi Team,

I am looking to buy a  4plex MF property in Miami-Dade county and its zoning is "0803 MULTIFAMILY 2-9 UNITS : MULTIFAMILY 3 OR MORE UNITS".

Can someone please explain if I can build 9units on this property? I understand it seems to be obvious but zoning is hard to clearly understanding in Miami.

Thanks,

Sanju

@Chris Seveney explained it correctly. You need to check directly with Dade county

Best best will be the "Real Estate Residential" phone number or use the email form. I'll tell you from experience, generally speaking, Miami is flexible in changing zoning as well.
