We have been fixated on Pittsburgh, PA for quite some time now, but we've come to the realization that our pursuit of cash flow deals in this area has hit a roadblock. Therefore, we have decided to pivot our attention towards the captivating realms of Ohio, with a particular emphasis on the Cleveland and Cincinnati. In order to make this transition we would like to form a team and connections with great broker, a reliable lender, and a proficient property management with contractors connections.
