We have been fixated on Pittsburgh, PA for quite some time now, but we've come to the realization that our pursuit of cash flow deals in this area has hit a roadblock. Therefore, we have decided to pivot our attention towards the captivating realms of Ohio, with a particular emphasis on the Cleveland and Cincinnati. In order to make this transition we would like to form a team and connections with great broker, a reliable lender, and a proficient property management with contractors connections. Happy to discuss our strategy and what we are looking for in details.

Greetings, BP friends! Our journey into the world of real estate investing starting in Pittsburgh, where we are aiming for cash flow properties, including multi-family and commercial investments. Our thorough research has led us to a couple of lenders, and we are now on the hunt for more lenders who can provide us with the necessary funds to make our dreams a reality. Hi everyone,

My partner and I are just starting out with investing in multi-family properties to generate cash flow in the Pittsburgh area. We would like to begin by finding real estate agents in the area to help us locate deals and eventually build a team that includes property management. I wanted to reach out to the BiggerPockets community to start building our network. Are there any real estate agents out there who can help us get started on our journey?
