Wyandotte County, Kansas property tax

Does anybody know how property tax in Wyandotte County, Kansas is  projected after acquisition of an apartment building ? I was wondering if you have a formula to calculate the projected property tax for properties in Wyandotte County. I am thrown off by the 165.509011 mill levy rate. Kansas state bases the assessed value on 11.5% regardless of county. I am looking at a property and trying to project what the new property tax amount will be if I acquire the property for $10m, $12m, $13m, ETC? I am hoping you can give me guidance based on your experience in the market.
