How to "pull lists" on specific apartment owners

Scott Moore
Posted

Hello all,

Was hoping I could get some insight on this. Would love to get your input on what services work well and why. I am interested in finding owners that have owned their properties for 15+ years, 50-150 units, in certain secondary and tertiary markets around Texas and Oklahoma.

I see and hear a lot about BatchLeads and Propstream, but have never used them. Would they work well with what I am trying to find? Any other services you would suggest?

Thanks a bunch in advance everyone!

@Scott Moore I like Renomy. They offer a one week's free trial. Have a great day, Scott.
