Hello! Happy Friday!

I am a newbie investor looking to buy under 20 unit apartments this year. After analyzing some deals, I am finding that many deals won't work with traditional bank financing, so I want to hear real stories of seller financing on an apartment investment. Do you have any success stories? Do you have any interesting stories to share with me on seller financing?
