Don't know these guys, Don't know the company, but looks like there could be trouble brewing for them and many others.   Nice article and explanation of floating rate bridge debt and operations.

The biggest difference I believe between passively investing in the stock market and passively investing in real estate is liquidity.  I think people have peace of mind knowing they can get out of an investment with telephone call or pushing some buttons on their phone.
