44 Unit Multifamily

Hey everyone, my partner and I have been working on a seller financed 44 unit purchase. We’re based out of Nashville, (although I’m back and forth between here and Huntsville), and the deal is in Murfreesboro. We had our contract, investor, and everything else in place, but our investor backed out last week the day before closing. Fortunately, we’ve gotten a short extension on closing, and are looking to bring in a partner to fund the deal and take it on with us. If anyone has any advice to give, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Ethan Wilson more details would be very helpful.  We don't expect you to share the address but what do the current numbers look like, what are the seller terms, etc.  I don't know if you're looking for $100k or $1MM.  Please send a DM with more details.
