I’ll be in RTP on Monday and Tuesday. I would like to meet local brokers about investing in multi families. Let me know if you’re interested!

I haven't walked anyone through the purchase of any large multifamily properties. If that is what you are hunting then the two commercial firms who I know and trust in the market are APG and Brassfield Commercial. Both of those shops are local and do a really good job for their clients. 

If you are targeting smaller multi family properties, then I would love to meet up while you are in town and see what I can do to help. 

I spent a day this week in a great economic development workshop and was able to get access to the slide deck used for the presentation. Its full of great demographic data on the Raleigh area.
