HERE ARE MY 2023 GOALS

As we enter the new year, it's important to set goals for ourselves to strive towards. For those in the real estate investing industry, this is especially true. In this blog post, I'll be discussing my goals as a real estate investor, who has set my sights on scaling up my portfolio and sharing my knowledge with others.

My first goal is to close on an 8 unit apartment deal in Kansas City that I am working on. This is a solid foundation to build on to scale my portfolio.

My next goal is to double the size of apartment deals with every acquisition, until I am able to take down 100 unit apartment deals in both Kansas City and Indianapolis. This is a huge undertaking, but with hard work and dedication, it is certainly achievable.

In addition to expanding their portfolio, I want to post 3 videos on YouTube and 2 blogs on Biggerpockets about real estate investing per week. Sharing my knowledge and experiences can help others in the industry, and can also serve as a valuable marketing tool for my personal brand.

I am a big fan of Grant Cardone and his teachings on marketing and personal branding. He has helped me to 10x my goals and think bigger.

In conclusion, setting goals is an important part of any business, and real estate investing is no exception. I have set some ambitious goals for myself in 2023, but with hard work, a well thought out strategic plan, and dedication, I know I can achieve them.

Hi Jason,

We share similar goals and sentiments. I'm also focused on multi-family investments moving forward this year because I wish to grow my portfolio faster. I'm also a Grant Cardone fan and have attended a few of his online seminars. I will be attending a 3-day Multifamily workshop in Tampa this coming weekend with Tyler Deveraux and the Multifamily Mindset team.

Wishing you all the best in your Multifamily journey.

-Kayla
