Anyone invest in/Around Warsaw, IN

Looking to see if anyone invests in the area? My goal is to buy 5+ doors in the next year and wanted to know if anyone else was finding deals or what your experience is with the area

Warsaw is a pretty unique market.  Solid economy, growing population, rising rents.  
Yes homes are more expensive here than Ft.W but you get better rents.
