Why Invest in a 2 Family In CT When Taxes Are High In This State
CT has one of the highest property tax rates states, and also high car owner taxes. Why do investors still invest in properties in CT despite higher property taxes. Aren't these higher taxes cutting into your profits especially if located in higher tax areas like bridgeport or stratford ?

They are investing aiming at appreciation not cash flow. There are seasoned investors who have the money to bleed cash each month just hold the property for appreciation gains. Also for big investors, they can use the loss generated in this property to off set the income/gains generated from other properties. So those losses would be tax beneficial to some investors.
