I live in southern Illinois, very rural area. After studing RE for several years very limited on options or possibilities. I fix and flip currently, Always thought houses for years but finally came to light w/ MF. Just extremely limited on options without alot of driving. Done hvac 40 years, but mf forced appreciation sounds exciting !
