Property Management Software for MultiFamily
Hello, I'm conducting a study on the usage of property management software for apartment owners & property managers. Would greatly appreciate any responses:
1. Are you a landlord or a property manager?
2. Roughly how many units do you own / manage (i.e., > 50, >100,>500, >1,000)
3. Do you use any property management software (i.e., Appfolio, Yardi, DoorLoop, Buildium, RentCafe, etc.)?
4A. If so, which one? What features are the most helpful?
4B. Where do they fall short / what feature do you wish your software had?
5. If you don't use such software, why not? Is it pricing, lack of features you're willing to pay for, something else?
Thank you in advance!

Sounds like you're planning to develop new software?
What will you do differently than what's already on the market?
