Looking for Help from investors who have experience with Raising private capital for Large Apartment Complex deals in the past or doing deals now. Any tip or reference to info is welcomed and is greatly appreciated. 

I read Matt Faircloth Book & some forums and YouTube videos on the topic already but if you have a recommendation to a book or post please share also
