As a newbie, only interested in Multi Family, suck in analysis , should I put a team together or join a team, looking to join one since I am doing this alone, not sure where to start?

We just put out a podcast about this.

Seems like you’ll have a much easier time joining a successful team then creating one right out the gates.

I’d recommend providing value to that team in one of three ways:

Money

Experience

Time

The easiest way for a newbie to start is time. You can start by cold calling or driving for dollars and bring a deal to a team in exchange to apprentice that deal.
