Hey, Question?

I have a broker who is sending me properties, but asking me to sign documents for her to continue doing so. This feels fishy to me. Do I need to sign documents with a broker to look at properties?

As a newbie, only interested in Multi Family, suck in analysis , should I put a team together or join a team, looking to join one since I am doing this alone, not sure where to start?

I am wanting to build a team first, only interested in multifamily in California, have to start from the bottom, I Know nothing, feeling lost, looking for mentors in my market.
