Birmingham Area Rating (Fountain/Druid/Central/Evergreen)
Hello!
I recently posted asking about Center Point but am also looking downtown area. South of downtown looks like the A neighborhood and downtown seems to be around a B. How is just north of downtown? From the research I have seen it appears to be a around a B- to C. Does that sound right from all the investors and realtors living in the area? Is the area becoming better or worse?
Again, thank you to everyone that helps out!
John
