Educating RE agents on advantages of investing in multifamily

I have a large network of residential real estate agents that are curious about investing some of their money into multifamily syndications.  Most of them make over $200k/annually so they would also be considered accredited investors.  What are some of the primary advantages that real esate agents specifically can take advantage of by putting their money into a 506C ?

Thanks,
