I'm looking to connect with a real estate CPA to help with taxes and someone that can advise me on setting up an entity outside of my home state of California.

My cell is 7576961655.  Thanks!

I have a large network of residential real estate agents that are curious about investing some of their money into multifamily syndications.  Most of them make over $200k/annually so they would also be considered accredited investors.  What are some of the primary advantages that real esate agents specifically can take advantage of by putting their money into a 506C ?

Thanks,
