Multi family properties
Hello I’m looking to purchase a multi family property in the metro area is Minneapolis better than Saint Paul and vice versa and why?
I know both cities very well but I’m looking for someone that might have some advice on either one of them are there perks that I don’t know of?

Too much to keep within a single post, but I'll give you my two-cents.
St. Paul's rent control is looking like it will be more strict than Minneapolis. As far as permitting and rental inspections, I would much rather deal with St. Paul than Minneapolis, just my personal take.
Outside of those two issues - there are plenty of neighborhoods in either city I'd happily invest in - and plenty I would avoid at all costs.
