milti-family/ help me northwest Indiana the region

ok, I'm trying to buy a 4 unit but I feel stuck I'm 20 years old and have roughly 10gs so that will be the down payment I plan on using a FAH loan for my first rental, but I don't know what to do from there I feel like I hit a wall pls anyone help

@Lukas Streetman Welcome to BP! Based on your question and answers I would suggest to you to educate yourself on multi-family investing first before you jump into it. There are plenty of relevant books you can find in BP Bookstore on that topic and you can choose one.
