Hi, I am a first-time multifamily investor.
I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share an excel template they use for underwriting deals that I can use to practice analyzing deals.

Appreciate the help.

Go to the footer of any BP page and in the left column you'll see "FilePlace". There are literally hundreds of spreadsheets shared by users. It takes a little work to dig around, but you can probably find something useful there.
