Hey, I am an out of state investor and looking to start a portfolio of mid sized apartments in the Dallas surrounding area.  Any insights or connections, would love to meet up and start building a team.

Between 20-50 units, B class area. My strategy is the BRRRR so not looking for turnkey or 80% rehabbed. Preferably outdated, 80% vacant, garden style(not mandatory but preferred). This is a general idea of what im looking for. Do you invest in this market David Veeder??
