Looking for a commercial broker in TN.

I recently purchased a STR in Sevierville TN. My plan is to use the cash flow from this property to start purchasing commercial long-term rentals. Looking to hook up with a commercial broker to start planning for investments.

@Jonathan Stevens, typically on the commercial side, buyers represent themselves. Now, that doesn't mean you shouldn't and can't be networking with brokers, and they will even funnel you deals with the right connections and strong relationships, but they will not be "working for you". But commercial is a fairly fluid term. From a lender's perspective 5 units and up is commercial. But most 8 unit properties in my market are listed on MLS with residential agents.

To find truly commercial brokers: I would go to Loopnet and simply click around on listings, even if they are not something you are interested in.  You will see the listing agent's name and contact info.  Crexi is another, seemingly lower used, database.  You also have your national groups: CBRE, Cushman, Marcus and Millichap, Colliers, etc.  And finally, you have your direct owners.  Each format and group has their preferred marketing strategy, i.e. CBRE, at least in my markets, does not post listing to Loopnet, and only posts to their website.  CBRE in my market only lists properties that are truly institutional in scale, so typically $20mm+ price.  Cushman in my market primarily lists through their website, but occasionally will put something on Loopnet.  Cushman in Columbus, OH has posted listings to Crexi.
