Hey all, I'm up north in Concord MA and would also be interested in MA meet-ups.  I've been lurking on BP for a while as pretty much a newbie but eager to meet more folks and expand my network.  

About myself: for the moment I adhere to a relatively specific fix and flip niche so I'd love to build up my network with more wholesalers in particular who would be interested in supporting my approach and helping to fill my rather picky buy box lol.  Would be great to get some meet ups in motion!

Hi Jonathan and everyone else, please keep us posted if you have an in person meetup as I would be eager to join. I've been meaning to checkout New Bedford and Fall River but haven't made it down there yet

Would the folks in this group be open to an in person meetup before end of year?

@Jonathan Stevens I cannot give you any advice on ownership or analyzing a campground. What I can recommend you do is get a good engineering-based cost segregation estimate so you know how much you will have in taxes you can depreciate right away so you can minimize or eliminate your tax liability. STRs, RV sites and trailer parks tend to have great tax benefits that the owners are not usually aware of upon purchase.  Estimates are at no cost and and can be worth a lot in tax benefits and cash flow.
