Help locating owners

Hi, I am a brokers assistant and have found a bunch of commercial properties that I would like to contact the owner to see if they would like to sell. I have figured out the LLC's that own them and the people that are behind those LLC's. Do you guys have any advice or tips on getting ahold of those people?
