one of my goals this year is to do a full underwriting one deal in KC and Indy each from loopnet every week just to keep the pulse on the market. Anybody here in multifamily in these market(s) want to be my accountability partner ? We'll go over the numbers on weekly basis. It will keep your underwring and deal analysis skills sharp
