I can’t ask for deals on my post. ( first post ever)
…. Ok, I think I got it. I’m looking for information on how to start buying a 20 unit apartment build or complex in states like North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania? Also is it possible to do that with a budget of $800k?

Welcome to BP! There are marketplaces for deals. Don’t build unless you have expertise and time and money. Your budget will be dictated by time and goals and what tenant class you want to attract. All the best!
