I'm going to my first auction on a foreclosed home in my town.I've done some research, but does anyone have any tips for me? I've seen the house, it looks great, I have the bank check ready. Auction is starting at $68,000 and there are no other liens on the house. Anything else I should know??

Biggest thing I can say is, dont get emotionally involved, many do and find themselves in bidding wars because its "just $xxxxx dollars more then your last bid" . Make sure you do your math and have your max bid set in stone and dont go over it, Its just a house and there will be more of them.
