Hello, Im interested in learning more about the process of buying foreclosure, short sales, and off market homes in Illinois.  Is there any  experienced investors or like minded enthusiasts out there that would be interested in connecting.  I'm also open to any source materials or books you can refer me to better educate myself on this avenue of real estate?  Thank you all in advance.
