Mom died, house in preforeclosure can I still get it back????

So my mom passed back in 2019 with no will and there was a lot wrong with the house at the time I decided not to keep it because I was pregnant and nobody would help me fix it up. Now, I just moved back to Florida and have been thinking a great deal about if it was still possible to get the house back. I let emotion and people I thought cared about me get in the way of what I know I truly want, which is to get my mothers house back. Like I said she has no will and the house just went into preforeclosure.. what are the next steps for me to take???

PM me if you need a good probate attorney. The husband can sign his rights away. After probate you should be able to either make the repairs and sell it, or just sell it as is to an investor. Don’t lose the house over 10k, sounds like you’ve got a good opportunity here.
