Occupied auction.com home + covid eviction moratorium?

Hi,

Given that the eviction moratorium was extended nationwide through December 2020, I'm wondering about the risks of purchasing an occupied property on Auction.com.  Is anyone doing this right now, or waiting on the sidelines until it is possible to evict non-paying occupants.

Best,

Megan

For the right price anything is possible, but if I were buying a tenant occupied property now I would be counting on not being able to evict until at at least the end of this year, possibly longer (especially in liberal states).
