Wanting Advice on Bulk REO Purchase

Hey Everyone,

My company and I have been looking into foreclosures lately and are wanting to purchase foreclosures in bulk (or portfolio purchase) rather than just one here and there. I"ve read some articles outside of Biggerpockets that talk about it but I wanted to see if anyone here has had any experience buying foreclosures in bulk from banks? If you have, what was your experience throughout the process?

Thanks!

You are dreaming, it doesn’t exist any more.....unless you find some private npn buyer unloading a few pieces of absolute junk. There were some bulk purchases in the past.... $50M minimums with restrictions.
