In California, to wholesale/ fix n flip, can anyone usepurchase and sales agreement? Or can only real estate agents do this transaction?

Thanks Ned, for quick reply. Yup you absolutely right head knowledge is good, but nothing can get the job done like massive daily action to reach your goals. I think most gurus are not really to good, you can get information form Google, you tube , choice books and networking. Thanks again,
