Does anyone have any experience in purchasing an REO through Fannie Mae HomePath program? How about their HomePath Renovation loan program?

I have purchased a Fannie Mae as an investment, however keep in mind that if you are over a certain number of investment properties, you are excluded from the 10% down payment amount. That I don't think is mentioned on the website. I had to put down 20% because of how many properties I had.
