Hello All,

I have a friend that lost there property due to a reverse mortgage and is know foreclosed on by Novad mortgage consulting. I am guessing this is HUD. I called them and they said to wait until it goes to HUD Home store. Is there anyway I can contact somebody to put an a offer before it goes to public. Any advice on this?

If the property was a reverse mortgage, it will never appear on hudhomestore.  Hud Reverse mortgage sales are actually handled by FNMA

The property is required to be sold for no less than 95% of appraised value for the first 120 days on the market
