Then what do you propose? Creating a fire website? Because how could someone who is just starting to compete with someone who is already dominating the SEO website sector. just saying lol. What is the best newbie tactic? I am guessing cold calling?  @Jerryll Noorden

Hello All,

I want to start analyzing deals on Bigger Pockets calculator. How do I find the repairs needed if I never went into the house? Do I need to look at pictures and make an educated guess? I want to analyze on market deals and make offers. How should I figure out the repairs needed to know what to offer a seller?

The house is already foreclosed on and is owned by HUD. I cannot save it if its already foreclosed on. I called and they told me to wait until it goes on HUD Homestore. Is there a way to go around this before it goes public?

Hello All,

I wanted to know what is the best way to learn my market? How do I find out if its an A, B, C, or D class neighborhood in my town? Is there a website that can maybe give me this information?

Hello All,

I have a friend that lost there property due to a reverse mortgage and is know foreclosed on by Novad mortgage consulting. I am guessing this is HUD. I called them and they said to wait until it goes to HUD Home store. Is there anyway I can contact somebody to put an a offer before it goes to public. Any advice on this?
