@Michael Noto thank you for the advice, Michael! I know a lot of properties that are in “Pre-Foreclosure” status on various websites/apps so that will be good to know going forward!

@Kathy Utiss thank you for that info. I am still very new to the real estate investing world and was just looking for some more info on the subject. I saw a property that was foreclosed on and it appears to be in excellent condition - was just wondering if it was “too good to be true”.

Looking for anyone to share their experiences with buying foreclosure homes on Zillow or in general. Any advantages/disadvantages to looking on Zillow? Is there a lot of maintenance? Other things to consider when looking at these properties? Currently am looking just outside of the Hartford, CT area (Newington, Bloomfield, etc.) but any advice would be appreciated!
