Can property vendors help?
As I was walking for dollars, I noticed a foreclosed home in my neighborhood has a sign on the door with the property vendors name and number. I’ve been calling every week since and will send a letter today.
On the towns website, the prior owners name is still listed as the owner of the property but I’m almost certain the presence of a property vendor means the home is foreclosed.
Any advice on how I could find which bank owns it? Would the property vendor help me with this or most likely not since it would eliminate business for him?
