Hello, I am new to real estate and I am new to foreclosure property. I was searching one of my local counties foreclosure website and it had a section for replacement costs on the property record card, Hoke County, NC. What is that information and how has it been determined? And also what do some of the abbreviations stand for? Sorry if this has been discussed before, and thank you for any help.
