Hey I won a tax deed property in the stare of Arkansas and I want to resell it.

I know if I want to resell it I should quiet the title(which will take 3-4 months)

, however there is a 90 days litigation period.

Should I start the process of quiet title now or wait the 90 days and start it then?

TIA,

Mario
