Need Short Sale Company that works for me not the benefit of the bank!

I have a real estate company that has several short sales that need processed. I am lookig for someone who can do this to our benefit and not just close the deal the way the bank wants to get them the most money. I need to be able to resell the houses.

The lien holders that entertain short sales have personnel that are instructed/compensated to see to it that the lender suffers the least loss possible. How you figure you can hire someone who is going to change the lenders outlook so that they are willing to suffer a larger loss to enable you to flip at a profit is beyond me.
