I'm about to buy my first deal, looking in a realtively hot market- St Johns County, FL. I have about 30k to work with no experience with repairs and rehabbing, but would like to do a BRRRR on this so I can start another after this first one.

Wanting to learn about repairs, what does everyone suggest?

Should I partner with someone for my first deal?
