Can't Seem to Find REO's? More short sale's are closing than REO's.

I love getting my daily Housing Wire updates. I thought this article was interesting. I am noticing a major decrease in my market in REO listings. I was thinking more homeowners must be getting help to avoid foreclosure rather than letting their houses go. This article just confirmed that for me.
Also I am noticing my market turning into a Sellers market. Anybody else. We have no good deals anymore on the MLS, I'm seeing lots of up bidding as well. One of the agents in my office was trying to find houses for her buyers and she said she isn't finding much inventory right now. All the good deals are off the MLS these days.
