With today’s market being aggressive as it is it seems like deals are harder to come

Across. Was considering bidding on properties at sheriff sales . Anyone have any advice or experience with these sales ? I understand it’s very risky and to do check on liens and back taxes . I have cash to purchase but was wondering if any banks would offer any type of financing as well?
