Hello All.

I recently took a position in the field of property investment and have been tasked with obtaining properties that are listed as in probate and tax delinquent status. I've been advised to visit my county court house. Beyond that I know a minimal amount of information pertaining to how these list function and can be used. Feedback is very welcomed Thank you
