Mailing letters to Preforeclosures

hey everyone,

i'm building a list right now on reisource.com for preforeclosure to mail to with the intention to buy, fix and flip. i was wondering if you prefer owner occupied properties or absentees and why? any help would be appreciated. my list is still in the 10ks and i need to chop it down to about 2k.
